Membership terms

1. Who I am
These terms apply to memberships offered by Just Call Me Mo (VMY Media, KvK-number 87802015) , the creator behind Just Call Me Mo (“I”, “me”), through my Ko-fi page. Contact: justcallmemoofficial@gmail.com.

2. What a membership is
A membership is a voluntary monthly way to support me and my content. It is not an investment, a purchase of goods, or a share in any horse, business or breeding plan. Supporting me doesn’t give you ownership, financial returns or decision rights, except for the votes and perks listed on a tier.

3. Tiers and benefits
Each tier’s price and benefits are listed on my Ko-fi page (“the Tier”). These terms apply to every current and future tier. I may add tiers or adjust benefits, and I’ll tell members before any change that reduces what a current tier includes (see section 10). Frequencies like “a few times a month” are good-faith targets, not guarantees of an exact number of posts.

4. Payment
Memberships are billed monthly through Ko-fi and its payment providers. Prices are shown on the Tier page in € and include VAT. Ko-fi’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment and account.

5. Cancelling
You can cancel any time through Ko-fi. Your benefits continue until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. I don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

6. Right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or Netherlands, you may normally withdraw within 14 days. Because members-only content is available immediately, by joining you ask me to start straight away and accept that your right of withdrawal may end once I have started providing it, to the extent the law allows.

7. Thank You wall
Tiers that include a Thank You wall show the name you choose (a nickname or first name is fine). I update the wall at the start of each month. You can ask me at any time to change or remove your name, or to appear anonymously. After you cancel, your name is removed at the next monthly update.

8. Members-only content
Members-only posts are for your personal enjoyment. Please don’t share, repost or publish them without my permission, though you’re welcome to tell people about the membership. If content is shared or the rules are broken, I may remove access to the members-only content.

9. Respectful community
Please be kind to me and to other members. I may remove comments or end a membership for harassment, hate or abuse.

10. Changes
I may change these terms or tiers. I’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on Ko-fi (and by email where possible) before any change that affects members’ paid benefits or prices. You can cancel before it takes effect.

11. Pausing or ending
Life with horses is unpredictable. If I need to pause members-only content for more than 4 weeks or end a tier, I’ll tell you in advance when I can and you can cancel without penalty.

12. Other products
Memberships don’t include Teego’s Adventures Mail Club or other products, unless a Tier says so. Those have their own terms.

13. Age
Please be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission to join.

14. Privacy
I use your name and contact details only to run the membership and, if you choose, the Thank You wall. See my Privacy Policy at justcallmemo.org/privacy-policy.

15. Law
Dutch law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
